Medium-sized, family-owned, stock-listed – I’ve had them all. And therefore I know about the special circumstances, the challenges of the one or the other. Above all, I know that the decisive factor is the human factor. If everyone is working together as partners on an equal footing, it doesn't matter how high the EBITDA or the number of employees is. When it comes to sustainability, every company is at a different stage of its journey – as long as it is pursued with commitment, I am happy to be there as a guide.

Sustainable advertising and communication are such a special thing, requiring a healthy mix of knowledge, experience, sensitivity, a sense of reality – and courage. But above all, transparency and factuality; anything else is greenwashing and pure marketing without substance.
Highlighting all the good things that your company has already achieved and set in motion, making it visible and using them to differentiate yourself – that's where I can and would be happy to be of help. And also to check where there is still a need to catch up. Of course, this works best when the communication, marketing and sustainability departments work together.
