Start-up experienced myself, I know what it's like: at the beginning everything has to be done at once and, at best, everything by oneself. Always full of heart and soul and under steam. And suddenly the formerly so small company is on the threshold of the next step and there are not enough hands to handle everything. But taking a full risk and doubling the size of the company?
